  • Remote Memory & Dementia Evaluation – Remotedly proctored and administered cognitive testing for memory concerns, cognitive decline, or suspected dementia. Early and accurate diagnosis allows families to plan care, access interventions, and manage chronic health conditions such as cancer, hypertension, or diabetes. These evaluations are particularly convenient for individuals with limited mobility and use secure tele-neuropsychology sessions. A family member or caregiver is recommended to assist with technical setup and ensure smooth participation. Learn more from the Alzheimer’s Association on dementia.
  • Forensic Brain Injury & Concussion Evaluations – In-person assessments for individuals recovering from concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or related medical events, whether resulting from a car accident, workplace injury, or other incidents. These evaluations include a full neurobehavioral status exam, review of medical and academic records, clinical interview, and comprehensive neurocognitive and pscyhological testing. Reports are detailed and carefully prepared. Same-day results are not available due to the forensic nature. Learn more about concussion and TBI from the CDC TBI guidelines.
  • Forensic Record Review and Consultation – In-depth review of medical and neuropsychological records for legal cases, including personal injury, workplace incidents, or disability claims. Provides attorneys with clear insights, case strengths and challenges, and guidance for strategy, depositions, or court proceedings. For guidance on forensic evaluations, see the APA Forensic Psychology Guidelines.
  • Remote Academic & Workplace Accommodation Evaluations – Remotely proctored and administered assessments providing actionable results for academic planning and workplace accommodations. Ideal for students facing a major exam or professionals struggling to adjust to a new workplace. Insurance does not typically cover these services, but self-pay ensures timely access to the documentation you need without delays or coverage uncertainties. Learn about accommodation rights from the Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
  • Remote Independent Psychoeducational Evaluation – An assessment that goes beyond the school’s testing. If you believe the school’s evaluation of your child is incomplete, inaccurate, or unfair, we provide an objective second opinion. Evidence-Based, Modern, and Adaptive Assessments

Dr. Davis provides remote and in-person comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations tailored for today’s busy families and professionals. Using secure, validated digital tools and a core-flexible approach, she can adapt testing in real time—adding tests or shortening assessments as the patient’s clinical presentation evolves. This method ensures you get the most accurate results without unnecessary testing, so your time is never wasted. No insurance restrictions—just clear, timely answers. Same-day diagnosis and actionable reports are provided in all clinical cases, giving you clarity and guidance exactly when you need it.

Process-Based Testing for Meaningful Results

Unlike surface-level checklists, Dr. Davis uses process-based neuropsychological testing to uncover the how and why behind cognitive challenges. This approach reveals patterns of performance that are crucial for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning

Technology-Supported, Clinically Grounded

Most evaluations are completed remotely using clinically validated digital cognitive tests, traditional methods when needed, and advanced data analysis. In-person sessions are arranged only for tests that require it, such as motor assessments. Clients living far from the East Florida office may complete all testing remotely, with any limitations noted in the report for other clinicians. This approach ensures accurate, timely, and patient-centered neuropsychological assessments without unnecessary travel.
