What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Zelle (preferred, no fees), Stripe/PayPal (3% fee), Thrizer (3% fee for OON claims), CareCredit (5% fee), HSA, FSA, and RHA. All invoices use neutral descriptions for privacy.

Do you accept insurance or provide superbills?

We operate on a self-pay model but provide a detailed superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Virtual evaluations are typically partially reimbursable, and in-person clinical evaluations are generally fully reimbursable. We also offer a free insurance benefit check.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Payments are generally non-refundable once testing materials or staff time have been allocated. 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid partial fees, and no-shows without notice may forfeit the full session fee. Evaluations invalidated due to underperformance do not qualify for refunds.
