Who is this service designed for?
This service is designed for high-functioning adults—including professionals, executives, and individuals with complex cognitive concerns—who are seeking expert-level diagnostic clarity rather than brief screening or therapy-only services.
Do you provide test accommodations for exams?
Yes. We support adults seeking accommodations for standardized exams such as LSAT, GRE, GMAT, and other high-stakes tests. Evaluations are designed to produce official documentation that meets exam board requirements and ensure you receive the accommodations you need. This service is available for age 18 and older.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Our practice operates on a direct-pay model. A superbill may be provided for families who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, if eligible. See our payment and reimbursement support page for full details.
Who conducts the evaluation?
All evaluations are conducted exclusively by a licensed neuropsychologist. We do not use technicians or delegated testing models.
Do you offer virtual neuropsychological evaluations?
Yes. We offer secure virtual evaluations throughout Florida when clinically appropriate, in addition to in-person appointments in Cocoa Beach and Melbourne.
How long does the evaluation process take?
Most evaluations are completed efficiently, with Same-Day feedback and reporting tailored to the complexity of the referral question.
Can evaluations be used for work, legal, or documentation purposes?
When clinically appropriate, reports may be suitable for workplace accommodations, professional documentation, or consultative purposes. For formal forensic or IME matters, please see our forensic services.
Is this appropriate if I am only seeking therapy?
No. This practice focuses exclusively on diagnostic neuropsychological evaluation and does not provide ongoing psychotherapy.
